Our people

We have around 1,650 staff (including the National Apprenticeship Service) who are civil servants at our main office in Coventry and in 21 offices around England. Our Executive Management Team provides leadership in our work of funding and regulating the adult learning and skills sector. The Board ensures that we deliver our targets and objectives, monitors departmental performance, manages resource, and assesses and manages risk.
