Paul McGuire
Paul is a qualified accountant and has worked in both the private and public sector for the past 19 years in various financial positions, in the following fields: Corporate recovery, Consultancy, Higher education and Government/Arts. In 2005 Paul joined the East of England Regional Learning and Skills Council (LSC) initially as Regional Director of Finance and then in 2006 appointed as Regional Director of Finance and Resource. In 2008 he left the region after being appointed National Finance Director of the LSC. In April 2010 Paul was appointed as the National Finance Director for the Skills Funding Agency and is the Management Board member responsible for financial management, Provider Financial Assurance, Provider Financial Provider Management and Contracting.
