Higher risk providers and persons and Agency contracting policy

The Skills Funding Agency has published its Higher risk providers and persons and Agency contracting policy. The aim of the policy is to identify and control the minority of providers and persons that are not using monies for the purposes Parliament intended. Further information will be provided as the systems to support the policy are developed.

Audit of final learner responsive funding claims 2009/10:  Summary of Issues

In the autumn of 2010 the Skills Funding Agency completed audit work on the final learner responsive funding claims 2009/10 at 81 colleges, three non-college providers and five sixth form colleges.

In the interests of openness the Agency wishes to share knowledge with the publication of a summary of issues paper, published 1 March 2011.
