Regularity Audit

This framework was created under the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) in 2006-07 and applies until further notice. Paragraph 6 of the model engagement letter states that the LSC (Skills Funding Agency) shall be responsible for disclosing reasonable and relevant information it holds which may impact upon the planning and subsequent delivery of each audit. The Agency will provide this information upon receipt of a request. Any requests regularity auditors wish to make to the Agency in accordance with this provision should be sent to the Head of Assurance Policy based at our National Office in Coventry.
