Financial Planning Handbook

This handbook provides guidance on financial planning information that the Skills Funding Agency wishes to receive by 31 July each year from further education colleges.

The Skills Funding Agency worked with the College Finance Directors Group (CFDG), the Association of Colleges, the Education Funding Agency (EFA) and consulted with auditors to produce this guidance.

This guidance is of interest to all Skills Funding Agency and EFA providers, only colleges are required to provide three year financial plans to the Skills Funding Agency.

This supersedes all previous guidance.
