Welcome to Next Step, the adult careers service, available online or with one of our advisers over the phone or face-to-face. Our vision is for millions of people to enjoy more rewarding working lives. We want to create a culture where career development and acquiring new skills is the norm. This will improve individuals’ lives, society as a whole, and in turn help to increase productivity and boost the economy.
Next Step will give everyone aged 19 and over access to the best information, advice and resources to make more effective choices about skills, careers, work and life.
